Our connection to electronic gadgets, according to one New York Times article, can be attributed largely to the curious neurological effect it offers our brains. Many people have had eyes issues because of our electronics. Even a Chinese woman goes blind after playing China’s addictive mobile game for an entire day.

This is proving that if you use electronics for too long you could lose your eye vision and go blind. People think that you won’t go blind by watching or playing your phone for too long but you’re wrong, you should only spend 1 hour and 30 minutes on your phone and then spend more time outside or something that gets you active.

“Yes, I love it,” Mr. Mitchell.” But he does agree it has changed a lot since he was younger and then when asked if electronics are distracting he responded with,”they are very distracting.” He also went on to explain how much more technology distracting is. I asked him if we could be better off without electronics he said,“Yes we could be better off, I like to have free technology weekends with my wife.”
